CyberQuest

• Design, Implementation, and Synthesis – we design, build, and configure the CyberQuest application to meet an individual organization’s needs.
• Client Solutions and Support – our subject matter experts work hands-on with clients to ensure the right solution is built for their short and long-term needs. We provide clients with post-installation, integration support, and training. This involves troubleshooting, updating and general maintenance of the system.
• Server Maintenance, Hosting, and Security – we handle basic responsibilities such as setting up user accounts, installing software, managing the configuration, and monitoring system performance. Our system administrators ensure servers are secure, virus-free, and well-maintained. We also start, stop, and resume an organization’s servers when necessary. Systems administrators deploy web applications, service modules, and organize server start-up and shutdown classes for team members.

The CyberQuest application is a web-based supplement to regular classroom instruction and can be accessed twenty four hours a day seven days a week (24/7) from any location that has an internet connection. TriTech believes that mathematics cuts across all disciplines and is especially interested in implementing a system that can support middle and high school teachers in multiple capacities. We are always excited to support core academic teachers, career technical education teachers, special education teachers, and teachers working with special courses.
