Project Management and Enterprise Technology support services
includes custom software development and configuration/customization of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products, project management, project life-cycle management, application maintenance and support, configuration management, performance/metrics development, technical documentation and assistance, general information systems engineering, security policy management, product development, quality assurance, customer service/help desk support, and infrastructure support.
Web Application and Content Management
consists of designing, developing, implementing, and managing web application activities. Mobile application management consisted of designing, developing, implementing, and managing native mobile application activities across the various platforms. Enterprise web content management support services included performing research, creating and revising content, and performing website file management operations.
CPIC and Governance
support all investments under DOL Office of Public Affairs, Division of Enterprise Communications (OPA DEC) management. Information Technology Governance support includes web and enterprise communication governance framework implementation and management; baseline management, performance management, and strategic planning; managing OMB CPIC requirements; Exhibit 300 A&B, Exhibit 53, and IT dashboard submission requirements for federal agencies; and using enterprise architecture methodology and enterprise architecture information as decision-making tools for enterprise-wide implementations.
