The GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) has extended TriTech’s Federal Supply Schedule another 5 years, until August 2029. TriTech has been a GSA Schedule Contract holder since 2014. Under this blanket contract agreement, TriTech has been able to compete for and win service contracts for Department of Labor and Department of Commerce.

TriTech is hereby pleased to announce that our firm has been selected to provide Web Migration Services to the Department of Commerce, Office of Inspector General (DOC OIG). This is the 2nd Prime effort that TriTech has won with the DOC. We will be redesigning the DOC OIG’s public facing website. The Scope of Work includes providing the full range of application design, development, and maintenance support for creating an accessible website in accordance with applicable federal laws and government standards. All services provided must comply with Government security, Section 508, and architecture requirements.

TriTech teamed with the winning bidder for the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) contract to provide highly technical website/database maintenance and support services. The notification to TriTech was received in July. The overall scope of services is to implement data reporting requirements for the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) within the Department’s existing Report Card website and provide maintenance and support for the MDK12 (Maryland Kindergarten through 12th Grade) SharePoint/Drupal website. This includes refining, modifying, and updating functionality and data within the websites to meet State Education Accountability measures and to meet mandated Federal reporting requirements. The services include support and maintenance of two separate websites for the MSDE.

TriTech was notified that our solicitation was selected as one of 60 IT firms who are now pre-qualified to provide Information Technology Staffing Services on an as-needed basis to Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS). The term for this Master Contract will end in 2028. The school system has identified about 30 staff augmentation positions that will be needed on a 12-month basis. Additional screening is scheduled to begin in August.
TriTech was notified that we are part of one of the four teams selected to support the Internal Revenue Services’ (IRS) seven-year, $2.6B Enterprise Development Operations Services (EDOS) contract vehicle.

A recommendation for Award was received by TriTech at the beginning of the New Year for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) Information Technology Consulting and Technical Support Services (CATSS) Master Contract. TriTech is eligible to compete for Task Order awards for all 10 Proposed Functional Areas. The Master Contract resulting from this award will start on July 1, 2023 and end on June 30, 2026. This award also includes two one-year options. TriTech has been a successful Master Contractor for MHBE IT support in the past and has also successfully competed for a Task Order award.
TriTech successfully renewed our Master Contract to provide Information Technology Consulting and Technical Services to Prince George’s County. The Master Contract has the potential to be extended until 2031. TriTech has been providing consulting and technical services to the County for nearly the past 10 years. The new master contract enables us to continue providing Specialty Services on existing efforts.

The types of services include technical support related to the planning, evaluation, design, procurement, deployment, construction, management, administration and operation of aeronautics related technologies at both BWI Marshall and MTN airports.

TriTech is part of the winning team awarded the Department of Transportation (DOT) Software Engineering Support (SWES). DOT SWES is a $280M Department-wide, multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to procure Information Technology Application Software Engineering Support for the Office of the Secretary (OST) and Operating Administrations (OAs) within the DOT. The scope encompasses approximately 130 active applications and all new application development needs across a wide range of technology stacks, applying Agile Transformation to leverage iterative development processes such as Agile/Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming, and DevOps. The BPA also supports the realization of DestinationsDIGITAL, the DOT’s digital transformation program of shared services and a narrower set of technology stacks, to meet the DOT mission. This includes commercially available FedRAMP certified cloud services, a set of low-code development platforms, a suite of centrally provided enterprise IT shared services, and a common suite of cyber security tools and services.

TriTech has been awarded a SharePoint Development contract with the District of Columbia. We will be providing business analysis, application development as well as workflow enhancements for the Department of Human Resources (DCHR). This SharePoint platform is the core application for processing employment screening services, as well as developing policies and guidelines for the District-wide agencies.

TriTech is part of the winning team awarded the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) Program Support Center (PSC) Intelligent Automation/Artificial Intelligence (IAAI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The purpose of the PSC’s IAAI contract is to utilize various agile methodologies to enable PSC and its customers to rapidly obtain IAAI solutions, services and products. Under this contract, contractors shall support federal agency piloting, testing and implementation of advanced technologies that are able to transform business processes and enhance mission delivery in the Federal Government. One of the MAJOR contract goals is to “Improve technological or contract outcomes by providing a vehicle that enables agencies to take advantage of agile methodologies, in addition to other current best practices.”

TriTech is one of a few dozen firms to be awarded a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (“WSSC” or “Commission”) for Information Technology Consulting Services. TriTech will have the opportunity to provide various Information Technology Services to assist the Commission’s Information Technology Team in support of functions required by the Commission. The value of the Base Term of the BOA is $45M.

TriTech was awarded a new HUBZone prime contract to provide Project Management Office (PMO) and Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) support to the Department of Education, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This 5-year Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) services projects across the Department and Consortia Partner agencies and encompasses all stages of the system lifecycle.
The Department of Education’s (Department’s) mission is to promote student achievement and preparation for global competitiveness by fostering educational excellence and ensuring equal access. The Department was created in 1980 by combining offices from several federal agencies. The Department’s Information Technology (IT) budget is approximately $100 million. It is composed of steady state and development, modernization, and enhancement funding spread across the Department’s major and non-major IT investments. Often times, Project Managers need support to manage these investments in a way that incorporates best practices. This is especially true in cases of large development and enhancement efforts. Support is not limited to project management activities, but also Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services. IV&V provides an unbiased eye on project activities and reports back on issues and concerns.

TriTech’s accounting system underwent a Pre-Award Audit by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). DCAA found that our accounting system is adequate for accumulating costs under Government contracts and the billing procedures are adequate for the preparation of cost reimbursement claims. We are ready for Defense Contracting !

TriTech is awarded a Master Contract to provide Consulting and Technical Services (CATS) to the State of Maryland, Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT). This “MD CATS+” Master Contract will provide the State with the flexible means of obtaining IT [Information Technology] resources quickly and efficiently through the issuance of Task Order Requests for Proposals (TORFP) or Requests for Resumes (RFR) specific to its needs. TriTech’s proposal response addressed several of the customer’s desired Primary Functional Areas from IT providers. (see table below). We stand ready to respond to the State’s solicitations for services!
In addition, TriTech is awarded a Task Order with multi-year potential to provide Staff Augmentation for the Prince George’s County Office of Information Technology (OIT). TriTech was hired to fulfill several positions to enhance the ongoing Systems, Applications, Products (SAP) project, working under the Program Management Office (PMO). In 2014, TriTech had wrapped up a related effort to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V), also for Prince George’s County OIT.
Also, TriTech is awarded it’s first Task Order under the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) Master Contract. The scope of this Task Order is to provide a Java Developer to work as part of a cross-functional Software Engineering team. We were awarded the MHBE Master Contract in June 2015 for a 3 year period.

TriTech is part of the winning team for a Master Contract to provide specialized technical services in support of the Maryland Aviation Administration (MAA) Office of Technology program at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI Marshall) and Martin (MTN) State Airports. The technical services include the planning, evaluation, design, procurement, deployment, construction, management, administration and operation of aeronautics related technologies at both airports. These services include a mix of anticipated and unanticipated tasks that may be repetitive or non-repetitive in nature.
Soon after that TriTech was awarded a new Task Order to provide general consulting assistance with the review of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) business processes currently performed within the MAA Office of Fair Practices and other MAA departments. TriTech is responsible for a) Business process mapping of current processes, b) Proposed mapping of revised/improved/streamlined processes, c) A draft Statement of Purpose (SOP) supporting (b) above, d) Recommendations for automation of (b) above. We will be able to leverage current industry best practices for this review including our recently won CMMI Maturity Level 3 rating and the Kanban Method for work management.

TriTech was awarded a new prime contract as part of the rolling admission for Department of Navy, SeaPort Enhanced (Seaport-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle. SeaPort-e is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. Supported entities include multiple Naval Commands as well as the United States Marine Corps. TriTech’s SeaPort-e focus will be on IT disciplines and will encompass potential work in the Northeast, National Capital, and Mid-Atlantic zones (essentially covering the East Coast from Maine to South Carolina).

TriTech was awarded a new opportunity to provide Data Services Support for the Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Return Review Program (RRP). This is part of our ongoing IRS TIPSS-4 partnership with IBM. The IRS receives approximately 150 million individual tax forms each year, with many indicating that a refund is due. RRP is a mission-critical, automated system used to maximize non-compliance and fraud detection in order to eliminate the issuing of questionable refunds without negatively impacting the processing time of valid refunds. The future state of RRP will support enhanced rules and models to dynamically route return anomalies and, in addition, will have an expanded role beyond fraud detection to facilitate the matching of tax returns to information returns. As part of the new contract, TriTech will be providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) as well as enhancement/development support for the RRP.

TriTech has been approved for HUBZone Certification and qualifies as a HUBZone small business concern. The Historically Underutilized Business Zones (HUBZone) program helps small businesses in urban and rural communities gain preferential access to federal procurement opportunities. The federal government has a goal of awarding 3% of all dollars for federal prime contracts to HUBZone-certified small business concerns. In 2014, this represented almost $7B dollars.
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) regulates and implements the HUBZone program. The TriTech corporate office team began the process of HUBZone certification in last February of 2015. Dialog with the SBA had significantly increased during the past few weeks. The certification remains valid as long as we meet the HUBZone and small business criteria, and we must be recertified by the SBA every 3 years. Eligibility criteria considers not only the corporate office location, but also includes the corporate structure and the company’s employment practices.

TriTech is pleased to announce that we have been selected to participate in the IBM Supplier Diversity Mentor Protégé program. We just returned from the 2015/2016 Program Kick off Retreat which was held earlier this month at the IBM RTP site in Research Triangle, North Carolina. The objective of the Mentor Program is to advance suppliers by having coaching and teaching sessions to share knowledge and experience. Selected suppliers are provided with expertise, tools, and resources to promote, support, and enhance their business acumen. The program intends to foster long-term relationships with suppliers that will help IBM deliver innovation, quality products, and remain competitive in the market.

TriTech is awarded a 6 month contract to support the U.S. Department of Labor Veterans Employment & Training Service (DOL VETS) .TriTech will redesign the current DOL/VETS website by performing several activities including: 1) Analyzing DOL/VETS website analytics, 2) Consulting with customer regarding content, 3) Consideration for digital communications, 4) Conducting appropriate reviews and demos, 5) Developing processes for on-going maintenance.

TriTech signs a partnership agreement with Ross & Baruzzini to provide Comprehensive Airport Technology Services for the Maryland Aviation Administration’s Maryland Department of Transportation. The specific locations are Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall and Martin State Airports. TriTech will provide Custom Computer Programming Services, Computer System Design Services, and other Related Computer Services. The duration of the overall contract is for 3 years with an option to extend another 2 years.

The Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) system is an internationally recognized process improvement maturity model or collection of “best practices” for the development of products and services to enure that customer expectations are consistently met.

TriTech is awarded a 5-year GSA 70 contract to support the United States Department of Interior (DOI), Interior Business Center (IBC) Division. This multi-year effort will provide Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) support services. IBC is responsible for several Information Technology (IT) investments. Some of these investments are major, line-of-business investments that require full business cases (i.e., complete Exhibit 300s) for annual budget submission. This work includes the full array of capital planning needs from Pre-Select to Steady-State, investment decommissioning, interaction with enterprise architecture (EA), and communication with external stakeholders.
